All Standard Wedding packages include:

- Initial answering of any questions on pricing, service and location;
- A pre-wedding meeting to discuss your Photography requirements;
- Field work taken in order for the photographer to visit each location and plan the location shoot;








Standard Wedding CD Package

Full coverage of your Wedding Ceremony. From the arrival of the groom until departure for Reception after the service. This includes the 'Set Up' formal Family and Group photographs.

Coverage on to your Reception Venue for Mock Cutting of Cake.

The choice of having Group Shots taken at the Ceremony and Reception.

A CD containing up to 100 Photographs, Edited and Enhanced then saved as High Quality Files ready for couples to have printed. I freely sign over the Copyright to you for this. If you wish to use my service for printing then I can offer this at a very reasonable rate.

You will get a DVD or CD of your images in Colour, Sepia and Black & White.

Price of Standard CD Package - £350

Standard CD and DVD Showcase Package

As above but accompanied by 2 copies of a selection of your wedding photos combined with some subtle music on a DVD slideshow. These will work on PC and Portable DVD players, home DVD players and other DVD supported platforms. Ideal for showing friends and family and for sharing.

Standard Wedding Album Package

- Full coverage of your Wedding Ceremony. From the arrival of the groom until departure for Reception, including the 'Set Up' formal Family and Group photographs.

- The couples selection of photographs presented in a beautiful Wedding Album. Options for size, most popular choice has been 2 x 7"x5" photographs on each page making a total of 60 photographs in the album.

(The albums are on a separate wedding tab on the top menu)

- A CD/DVD containing the finished Wedding Album Photographs.

- A set of image treated photographs using popular computer software to add a different finish to your photos. Please note: that not all photographs will be treated but a select amount will. This will include montages, selective colouring and other effects.

Price of Standard Wedding Album Package - £550

Standard Wedding Album Package plus DVD showcase

- As above Wedding Package but with a professionally presented DVD for playing on your PC/DVD Player.

Price of Standard DVD Showcase Package - £580

With the Standard Wedding Album Package and the DVD Showcase Package you have the option to add to the basic package to best suit your requirements. Options and Prices are listed below.

SMALLER CEREMONIES

PLEASE NOTE: If you are planning a smaller ceremony and only plan on having a small set of photographs, then please ask me for a price if you want a photographer for a brief period of time with a smaller album to fit or just a disk of images. This service will also comprise of a CD of your finished images for you to keep and use at your own convenience.


Albums

The range of albums I use are of a high quality and can be accessed via the 'Wedding Albums' tab on the main navigation menu.

If you don't see something you like, then ask for other options.

Please note that the albums may have a slight variation but depends on the time of your wedding and whether my supplier is still offering the same type of album. Prices, album types and products may change but we will ensure that a comparable album is sourced for your photos.

Group Shots

I always endeavour to get as many people together for the group shots as possible. In some situations, the full group shot is not always possible due to location or some customers do not require it. Please expect a full shot and associated groups to take up to an hour as planning and co-ordination is key to getting it just right.

If you prefer the smaller group shots then we can discuss this when we meet for requirements.

After the Wedding

The photos are completed and delivered/posted to you as per the contract specifications. If you are purchasing the album/DVD showcase then dependent on the layout of the album, it is your time to review the photos and choose the ones you want in the album and the order they will be displayed in. All I ask is for you to note the filenames and in which order, the type of finish and the size. I can then prepare and get them produced for you.

Typical choices recently have been a 30 page album with 60 7"x5" prints (2 per page). I have my own sample album that I will bring with me when we meet so you can see the typical format.

Optional extras available at further cost

- A very High Quality Printing Service with fast turnaround (usually within 2 working days) for further print ordering. I ONLY use a quality printing company that print using latest Fuji Frontier printing and premium weight paper with a guaranteed life without fade;
- Frames from a reputable framing supplier (I have a company who produce high quality frames for reasonable cost;
- Coffee Table style books or Photobook in a range of different finishes (these can be laid out as you wish and delivered very quickly)
Useful if you want to display a small and effective showcase of your finest images and not to damage the original wedding album from mass-circulation and handling to your friends, work colleagues and family;
- Parent albums;
- DVD Slideshows;
- Thank you postcards or greeting cards.

I prefer and believe in the no pressure approach. When planning your wedding photography, I want my service to live up to your expectations and where necessary, I can help craft the experience you desire every step of the way.

Other notes

- Once we agree the requirements and any specifications, the price you agree this is the amount you pay. There will be no hidden costs. A small retainer accompanied by the Wedding Contract agreeing the services will secure the date.

- The wedding contract will be composed based on the specific requirements that we discuss. Afterwards, when you sign it, I will return a copy for your records.

- Sometimes, I will be assisted on the day. Unless circumstances change.

- If you have any particular ideas or thoughts on the type of photography you would like then I will do my best to accommodate you.

- My style of photography on the day is of your choosing. If you wish a contemporary set of prints, a classic, traditional style or even a mix of both. I will do my best to do what it takes to ensure that you are happy with my work.

- I always carry a planned list of shots I will take on the day, I constantly update this to include as much variation as possible to satisfy all. The biggest plan, as mentioned above, is the Group shot.

- I also can image manipulate in Photoshop. Customers will get photos in Black & White and the same images in Colour for comparison and printing. Plus some in sepia tones and other formats. A sample of modified photos can be found in my wedding galleries.

- I will keep you updated right from the first meeting until your Big Day. I maintain an effective line of communication throughout so any changes either way can be made aware of.

- I only shoot the highest quality digital photographs with Canon DSLR technology. I carry 2 (two) Digital SLR cameras with several spare batteries, Sandisk™ branded memory cards and additional storage facilities if required on the day.

Feedback and Consent

After the day and the photos have been mailed to you, I will send out a Feedback form and a stamp addressed envelope. I would appreciate it very much if you could complete the form and send it back to me. If you give your consent, I will incorporate comments onto my website under the 'Feedback' tab so that potential clients can see some of the comments made of my services so far.




Please remember: The final images are yours and will be kept on CD so loss or damage can be easily rectified. I always keep a backup of photos regardless of whether I am taking my own photos for pleasure from my travels and various projects or someones special occasion.

A small fee to produce another disk will be required.
